 The latest installment in the Dragon Ball franchise, Dragon Ball DAIMA, has announced a surprise world premiere date for its English dub in theaters.


American theater companies AMC, Fandango and others have added a new listing via WTK on X (formerly Twitter) for the world premiere of the English dub of Dragon Ball DAIMA, which is scheduled for November 10, 2024. The theatrical release will include the first three episodes, with Goku’s voice, Japanese actor Masako Nozawa gave a special introduction before the screening.

In other Dragon Ball DAIMA news, more information was recently revealed about the upcoming exhibition at New York Comic Con 2024 on October 17th. English voice actress Bulma Monica Rial and Dragon Ball executive producer Akio Iyoku will be on hand to reveal news about cards, games and behind the scenes stories of Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 1. There will also be a special screening with fans previously said that Episode 1 will be in 10 minutes longer than usual in the recent major update of Dragon Ball DAIMA production.

DAIMA is produced by longtime Dragon Ball animation studio Toei Animation, with the series directed by the team of Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki. The late Akira Toriyama was responsible for the story and original character design. Fans can check out the latest Dragon Ball DAIMA trailer ahead of its October 11 premiere. On the same day, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! Zero, which recently revealed its full character roster in a notorious leak earlier this month, will be revealed.
